1. Digital Product Notice
AstraFX is a digital software product delivered electronically. Access is granted via a license key immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to review.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of digital software products delivered electronically, refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.
If a refund is approved:
• The associated license will be permanently deactivated.
• Future access may be restricted.
3. Subscription Licenses
Subscription licenses may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation:
Stops future billing
Does not retroactively refund prior payments
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
Immediate license revocation
Permanent restriction from future purchases
